We strive to be an Incident-Free workplace, where our team collectively identifies and eliminates hazards. Safety is part of our culture, and we never stop improving our conditions. It extends beyond the workplace, it is the awareness of each employees’ surroundings and actions, all day, every day. Engraining proper safety protocols throughout life creates routine, and routine safety is proactive prevention. With proactive prevention, we are Stronger Together.

Commitment Through Action

Annually, our company takes part in a Safety Forum, where we review our Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) standards and expectations. Safety is knowing what is going on; knowing what can injure fellow employees or damage equipment; and knowing how to prevent that injury or damage and then acting on that knowledge to prevent it.

How do we manage safety at TEiC?

We empower our people to act in the name of safety. Each and every employee has the power to stop work for any perceived safety precaution. To aid in safety checks and balances, we also have an employee-appointed Safety Team that exists to ensure HSSE requirements are being followed. Our safety team helps us identify and mitigate potential risks to our employees, our equipment, and our project sites.
