Experience In Critical Power & Industrial Environments
Our teams support the installation and integration of large, modular data center infrastructure, providing full rigging, assembly, and mechanical and electrical scope in fast-paced, high-reliability environments. TEi Construction works closely with equipment manufacturers, engineers, and site teams to ensure systems are installed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project schedules and performance requirements.
Scope Of Work Includes
Rigging and setting modular units delivered in multiple sections, bolting and sealing units to create fully integrated systems, and completing all mechanical and piping connections. Our crews also reconnect control, power, and grounding systems between modular units to ensure seamless operation across the installation.
Installing and terminating chiller feed cables, circulation pump VFD cables, and associated power infrastructure. TEi Construction also supports installation of exterior lighting packages as required by site and safety standards.
TEi Construction assists with commissioning and system checkout, working alongside owners, OEMs, and commissioning teams to support smooth startup and operational readiness.
